I mentioned how easy it was to make these mushrooms stuffed with pizza, they are also super-versatile! The original Pepperoni recipe (always preferred for the family, try the turkey with pepperoni for something lighter), but I prepared it with the grilled Italian sausages and the remaining Polynesian sauce.
